When you go to "PAY BILLS/DONATE" you can  make many different payments to the Temple with your credit card.  You can pay your membership dues online,  make a donation to the Temple, pay for Sisterhood and Brotherhood dues and events and pay for all other Temple events  using your credit card.  After clicking on the blue "DONATE" button above, if you are paying something other than dues, simply put the amount under "CUSTOM AMOUNT" and PLEASE MAKE SURE that you check the "WRITE US A COMMENT" box and under the COMMENTS section you note exactly what your payment is for.
